Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. We cannot take responsibility for issues arising from incorrect application, improper surface preparation, or failure to follow the provided guidelines.

As application is beyond our control, we are not liable for UV DTF and DTF transfers that are misapplied or damaged during use. Unfortunately, this means we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
